Policies
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month's subscription fee ($249). If Aria isn't working for your shop within the first 14 days of your subscription starting, email admin@agoraventures.co.uk and we'll refund the subscription charge in full.
The $499 setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun — this covers the custom training, voice configuration, and calendar integration we do for your specific business. If you change your mind before we begin setup, the setup fee is fully refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your Aria subscription at any time by emailing admin@agoraventures.co.uk. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You'll keep access to Aria through the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further charges will be made.
By subscribing to Aria, you agree to the following terms with Agora Ventures Ltd ("we", "us", "Agora Ventures").
The service. Aria provides automated phone answering, appointment booking, lead qualification, and call summary services for your business. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep Aria available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use Aria for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, harassment, illegal telemarketing, or any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Legal compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Aria complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to call recording consent laws (many US states require two-party consent), telemarketing regulations such as the TCPA, and data protection requirements. We can supply suggested greeting language during setup to help with disclosure obligations.
Billing. The setup fee ($499 USD) is billed once at the start of service. Subscription fees ($249 USD per month) are billed monthly in advance via the payment method on file. Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agora Ventures Ltd's total liability arising from your use of Aria is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the three months preceding any claim.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Agora Ventures Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with Aria. We take your privacy and the privacy of your callers seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We comply with the UK GDPR.
What we collect. To operate Aria we process: (a) your account information (business name, contact details, billing information processed by Stripe), (b) call audio and transcripts from calls Aria handles for your business, (c) appointment and customer details captured during those calls, and (d) basic usage logs such as call timestamps, durations, and outcomes.
Why we process it. We process this data to deliver the Aria service (answering and summarising calls), to bill you, to support you, and to improve service reliability and accuracy. We do not sell your data or your callers' data to any third party.
Sub-processors. We rely on a small number of vetted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, telephony, speech-to-text, and payment processing via Stripe) strictly to operate the service. A current list of sub-processors is available on request from admin@agoraventures.co.uk.
Retention. Call audio and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default and then deleted. Appointment and account records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 24 months for accounting and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict the processing of, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these rights, email admin@agoraventures.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
Caller notice. You are responsible for ensuring that callers to your business are appropriately informed that calls are being handled by an AI assistant and recorded where required by law. We provide suggested greeting language during setup.
